What is your idea of perfect happiness?
My perfect idea of happiness would be a glass of wine, great friends, a nice fire outside, and no homework. What is your greatest fear? My greatest fear would be disappointing my family or having to take microbiology again.
What trait do you like least about yourself?
The trait I like least about myself would be my habit of procrastination, but hey I would great under pressure!
Which historical figure do you most identify with?
I would identify most with Elizabeth Blackwell. She was the first woman to receive a medical degree in the United States. She was a pioneer for women in the medical field. I identify with her because she wasn’t afraid to do what she wanted even though everyone told her it wasn’t possible.
Who is someone you’ve met at Indiana State you’ll remember the rest of your life?
I’ve met two incredible mentors here at ISU that I will never forget. Tammy Schaeffer, the Spirit Squad coach, presented me with so many opportunities and really pushed me to be my best. I became more confident in myself because of her. Dr. Joy O’Keefe also made a big impact on me here at ISU. Her class improved by writing skills and she has helped me prepare for the professional world.
Which talent would you most like to have?
The talent I would most like to have would be the ability to make people laugh.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement would be my study abroad trip. I flew half way across the world by myself and spent five months in a third world country. I started the trip as an introvert, so it caused me to come out of my shell.
If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be?
I would come back as chocolate covered strawberries because chocolate makes everything better. ☺
What do people notice first about you?
People usually notice that I’m innovative. I like doing crafts and being artsy, but I’m also sarcastic and always up for an adventure.
What does BLUE mean to you?
BLUE means a ton of memories and adventures, but also a time that I learned a lot about myself.
