What is your idea of perfect happiness? I think the absence of stress would be perfect happiness!
What is your greatest fear? My greatest fear is simply disappointing others. Disappointment can be personally erosive.
What trait do you like least about yourself? I struggle with finding out how much of a workload I can handle until it is too late!
Which historical figure do you most identify with? I cannot think of a classic, historical figure but in terms of a superhero, I’m a huge Brett Favre fan.
Who is someone you’ve met at Indiana State you’ll remember the rest of your life? This is too tough to narrow down to one person. I have met so many individuals of all ages and professions that have had a large impact on my collegiate career that I will never forget. Ed Pease (an ISU Board of Trustee Member) David Stowe (my fraternity chapter advisor) Al Perone (ISU’s Ombudsperson and fraternity brother) and Rebecca Wray (the program director for my scholarship program) … all are top people who I will remember the rest of my life.
Which talent would you most like to have? I wish I had the talent and mostly patience required to play instruments, especially the guitar.
What do you consider your greatest achievement? My greatest achievement is coming into ISU as a first-generation college student and quickly creating a large impact in my scholarship programs, my fraternity, campus, and community — while developing friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.
If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be? I would most likely come back as an ISU campus squirrel. I have a similar attention span and find a fascination for the little things in life and they seem to enjoy every second of their day-to-day endeavors.
What do people notice first about you? I believe people first notice my Peyton Manning like forehead and enthusiastic smile.
What does BLUE mean to you? BLUE means making a name for yourself on a campus that gives you plenty of opportunities to do so while making the most of your undergraduate experience to build you into a well-rounded individual.
