What she’s learned from being an entrepreneur: I learned the hard way that I can’t let my passion and anticipation get in the way of solid business training and practice. Advice: Do your research, find your niche and go for it. You can’t wait for all the stars to align to get started. Start small, surround yourself with people who believe in your idea but who can also challenge you, reach out for advice or mentorship when needed, and know that people may be waiting for a gift only you have.
