What is your idea of perfect happiness?
My idea of perfect happiness would be having a life without problems or anything to worry about so I can have the opportunity to travel around the world and explore different cultures.
What is your greatest fear?
I think my greatest fear is being attacked by a shark. I like to swim and I have been watching a lot of shark movies lately, so it’s all I can think about!
What trait do you like least about yourself?
The trait I like the least about myself is being a quiet person. I don’t talk much unless I have something important to say. In some situations, it gives the wrong impression, and I have to make an effort to keep up with the conversation and give a good impression.
Which historical figure do you most identify with?
I think the historical figure I most identify is Batman. He works by himself defending Gotham City. Apparently, he doesn’t need Robin anymore.
Who is someone you’ve met at Indiana State you’ll remember the rest of your life?
There are many people here I’m going to remember for the rest of my life. I made many friends from different countries, and I had the chance to learn a lot from my professors and work supervisors. My experience at State will definitely have a great impact on my career. However, the person I would remember the most is my advisor, El-Houcin Chaqra, who was the reason I choose State for my MBA.
Which talent would you most like to have?
I think the talent I would like to have the most is to have a photographic memory. It would be very helpful to achieve my goals.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
I believe that my greatest achievement is yet to come, but at the moment, I think the fact that I have studied in two different countries is a pretty good one. It allowed me to speak three different languages.
If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be?
If I were to die, I would definitely come back as Captain Jack Sparrow so I could sail the seas and go wherever I’d want to. Probably I would still be afraid of sharks!
What do people notice first about you?
I think what people notice about me first is my smile.
What does BLUE mean to you?
Blue has been my favorite color since I was a kid. For me, Blue means that I’m a member of the ISU community, and I have many opportunities to enhance my personal knowledge and leadership. As an international student, it also means diversity and taking risks.
